- Please click on the Register button above to register everyone from your group then submit your payment either by mail or by credit card before the June 27th deadline to avoid a late fee of $25.
- A separate chapter check will be required at registration for a key deposit in the amount of $75.
- All participants must submit a medical form. To submit prior to the event, download the event medical form or a notarized medical form above and submit to [email protected]. Notarized medical forms are preferred and are valid for the entire calendar years events.
- Youth attendees will be grouped in rooms by similar ages. No more than 3 years separating youngest and oldest member in room.
- DeMolay Youth Protection policy requires a female advisor to be in attendance to supervise all female attendees.
