- All participants must submit a medical form. To submit prior to the event, download the event medical form or a notarized medical form and submit to [email protected].

To pay by check: mail payments to Illinois DeMolay, 11341 Longwood Circle, Orland Park, IL 60467 - Youth attendees will be grouped in rooms by similar ages. No more than 3 years separating youngest and oldest member in room.
- DeMolay Youth Protection policy requires a female advisor to be in attendance to supervise all female attendees.
